Within one of Marylebone’s quiet residential roads, lies One Molyneux Street, a collection of 32 exceptional contemporary apartments. In partnership with our development team, we undertook the comprehensive design package for this dynamic project.
Rich materials & beautiful spaces
Beautiful textures and materials were chosen to reflect the streetscape of this conservation area, with Petersen Kolumba brick complementing the fine Portland Stone window surrounds, and metalwork mimicking the Georgian terraces. Herringbone flooring lends the spaces a certain style and finesse; in harmony with our carefully-considered furniture pieces.
